We adopt Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and take our management system directly into the vineyard, acquiring ISO 22000 certification to guarantee the maximum food safety of our wines.

We learn to optimise the resources that nature offers us, certifying our energy efficiency according to the ISO 50001 standard, an important step in reducing consumption and emissions.
The epitome of Sicilian sustainability
