The steel allows the Frappato and Nero d’Avola grapes to express all of their poppy strawberry, rose and wild cherry notes. Thanks to fast processing methods and low temperatures, we are able to produce reds that are excellent served chilled. A pas de deux between Nero d’Avola and Frappato
Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, the only Sicilian DOCG, is born from a blend of Nero d’Avola and Frappato, two grape varieties which together create a natural balance of structure and fragrance. Vinification is essential – strictly in steel and with no passages in wood – to maintain the freshness of the wine intact. The end product is a harmonious, contemporary and eye-catching red.
