BEN RYE' Platinum Medal @ Decanter World Wine Awards 2024 & ETNA Red Panels Results Two new important awards related to the volcanic production of Donnafugata from Pantelleria and Etna Estates.  Ben Ryé 2022 Passito di Pantelleria DOC has been honored with the PLATINUM MEDAL by Decanter World Wine Awards 2024 with 97/100 points.  Decanter World Wine Awards has a panel of 243 leading wine experts, including 20 Master Sommeliers and 61 Masters of Wine from 33 countries, blind-tasted 18,143 wines from 57 countries. Three of the Etna Rosso DOC produced by Donnafugata, have been classified among the 41 highly recommended wines part of the Etna Rosso panel tasting, a tasting of a selection of 109 wines representative of the area, conducted by Decanter.  The awards refers to: 93/100 pts Cuordilava Dolce&Gabbana e Donnafugata 2020, 92/100 pts Fragore 2020 Etna Rosso Doc Contrada Montelaguardia, 91/100 pts Etna Rosso Doc Contrada Marchesa 2020.
